高考后，我便用我真挚的微笑，迎接大学温暖的怀抱。带着我的追逐，我的梦想，踏进诚毅。小小的胸怀，装满了大大的理想。俞敏洪说过，爬上金字塔顶尖的有两种动物，我自知做不了雄鹰，但是我愿意作那只努力向上的蜗牛，虽然有重重的壳，但里面装满的是我大大的梦想，登上塔尖，脚下所有的风景便是我的。可是，对未来的迷茫与不知所措铺天盖地而来。站在这样一个关口，我恐惧，像是条在海上迷失方向却始终找不到灯塔的船，独自面对着黑暗，却无法自拔。我忘记了来时的方向。

但是成长的过程也许就是破茧为蝶，挣扎着褪掉所有的青涩和丑陋，在阳光下抖动轻盈美丽的翅膀，闪闪的，微微的，幸福的颤抖。也许我们当中有些人对自己的专业感到迷茫，但是你必须为你的选择付出代价，没有人会为我们的选择买单。给自己合理的定位，明白自己想要什么，想要成为怎样的一个人，明白你日后渴望的生活是怎么样的什么。马云说过：“今天是痛苦的，明天更痛苦的，后天是美好的，但很多人死在明天晚上。”

从本质上说，就是我们没有给自己一个目标。我有这样一个问题，现在的我们所做的事，有那些是我们十年前想干的?也许就是这样一个简单的问题我们都会陷入茫然。更何况是未来想要成为一个怎么样的人。我想知道，为什么一瞬间就在风里长大了，为什么一瞬间我忽然间明白自己已经失去一年可以用来奋斗的时光。为什么我不能早些明白这些道理。那些花开，那些日落，那些单纯清澈的时光，那些明亮的青春，以及年少的忧伤，究竟是怎样穿过我的身体，流淌的如此干净。

就是这样一个时间点，我突然间明白，浑浑噩噩的过日子，挥霍的只是我自己的光阴，世界上最快而又最慢，最长而又最短，最平凡而又最珍贵，最易被忽视而又最令人后悔的就是时间。青春只有一次，在短暂的青春里，又有多少个四年能让我们这样肆无忌惮的追逐梦想，不用顾忌别人的想法，一味的往前走。答案是什么?

青春弥足珍贵，大学是让青春尽情绽放、让梦想肆意飞翔的殿堂。在这里，所有的梦都是合理的，所有的梦都有可能实现。迷茫与稚嫩，我已经让它飘散在风里，现在的我要承梦起航，让我的青春，在大学这个舞台尽情释放光彩，即便没有镁光灯的照耀，也要闪耀自己的光芒。

青春不仅仅是一声声的赞美，它更是拥有使命并为之奋斗不息的源泉。因为生命的光环一个个被践踏的躯体赋予了新的灵魂;因为青春的绚丽，一个个飞舞的思绪会聚成一首悲壮的挽歌。而大学就是这曲挽歌中最恢弘的篇章，成败在此一举。把握这四年的时光，让回忆充斥着全是你奋斗的身影。

love decided to ask vanity who was also passing by in a beautiful vessel. "vanity, please help me!"

"i can't help you, love. you are all wet and might damage my boat," vanity answered.

sadness was close by so love asked, "sadness, let me go with you."

"oh . . . love, i am so sad that i need to be by myself!"

happiness passed by love, too, but she was so happy that she did not even hear when love called her.

suddenly, there was a voice, "come, love, i will take you." it was an elder. so blessed and overjoyed, love even forgot to ask the elder where they were going. when they arrived at dry land, the elder went her own way. realizing how much was owed the elder, love asked knowledge, another elder, "who helped me?"

"it was time," knowledge answered.

"time?" asked love. "but why did time help me?"

knowledge smiled with deep wisdom and answered, "because only time is capable of understanding how valuable love is."

20th: the war had been going on for four years.

thirty-one thousand americans had been killed in action.

the training program for the south vietnamese was behind schedule.

five hundred forty-thousand americans were in vietnam with no plans toreduce the number.

no progress had been made at the negotiations in paris and the unitedstates had not put forth a comprehensive peace war was causing deepdivision at home and criticism from many of our friend, as well as our enemies, view of these circumstances, there were some who urged withdrawal ofall american forces.

from a political standpoint, this would have been a popular and easy courseto follow.

after all, we became involved in the war while my predecessor was inoffice.

i could blame the defeat, which would be the result of my action, on him --and come out as the peacemaker.

some put it to me quite bluntly: this was the only way to avoid allowingjohnson’s war to become nixon’s i had a greater obligation than to thinkonly of the years of my administration, and of the next election.

i had to think of the effect of my decision on the next generation, and onthe future of peace and freedom in america, and in the us allunderstand that the question before us is not whether some americans are forpeace and some americans are against peace.

the question at issue is not whether johnson’s war becomes nixon’s war.

2.提高工作工作效率，宣传部的工作就是有“更快，更新，更真实”的理念作为指导，特别是记者报道方面，、

3.部门工作尽量具体细致化，责任到每个人。

4.扩宽我院的宣传面，我会积极支持下届宣传部与校报记者团，广播台接触，并向他们供稿，积极宣传我院。

5.将宣传部从台后拉到抬前。

6.积极配合协调其他部门，互相帮助，按时，保质保量完成主席团交给我的各项任务。

我做事积极认真，性格开朗，能顾全大局，在高中时多次担任班委，现任我们班团支书，组织多次班级活动，并且被老师和同学推荐为“优秀班干部”，我自信我有能力带好宣传部。宣传部是机电与自动化学院的窗口，我相信我能将其打造成一个全面生动展示我院风采的窗口，现在的我可能并没有达到能胜任一部之长所需要那个要求那个高度，但请各位学长学姐相信我，给我一个证明自己的机会，在不断的学习中提高自己。

今天我讲话的题目是“善于倾听，做最有价值的人”。

在开始今天的讲话之前，先给大家讲个故事。古时候，曾经有个小国的使者到中国来，进贡了三个一模一样的金人，金碧辉煌、极其精致，把皇帝高兴坏了。可是这小国使者不厚道，却出了一道题目：这三个金人哪个最有价值？皇帝想了许多的办法，请来珠宝匠检查，称重量，看做工，都是一模一样的。怎么办？使者还等着回去汇报呢。泱泱大国，不会连这么个小问题都回答不出吧？最后，一位已退位的大臣说他有办法。皇帝将使者请到大殿，老臣胸有成竹地拿着三根稻草，分别插入三个金人的耳朵里。插入第一个金人耳朵里时，稻草从另一边的耳朵出来了。到了第二个金人，稻草从嘴巴里直接掉了出来，而第三个金人，稻草进去后掉进肚子里，什么响动也没有。老臣说：第三个金人最有价值！使者默默无语，答案正确。

这个故事给我们的启示是：最有价值的人，不是听不进去的人，也不是最能说的人，而是肚子里能装东西的人，也就是善于倾听的人。说到倾听，古希腊先哲苏格拉底说：上天赐人以两耳两目，但只有一口，欲使其多闻多见而少言。寥寥数语，形象而深刻地说明了“听”的重要性。

这个故事应该引起我们同学的深思：老师们的谆谆教诲、父母们的反复唠叨，就应该像第三个小金人一样悄无声息地落到肚子里，时刻把它铭记在心，而不应该像第一个或第二个小金人一样，“左耳进右耳出”、“鹦鹉学舌”，其实根本没有听进去、没有把所听到的真正内化为自己的。

善于倾听，既是对谈话者的尊敬，也是自身修养的一种表现。当别人和你谈话的时候，抬起头、用眼睛注视谈话的人，将注意力始终集中在别人谈话的内容上；用点头、微笑表示你理解对方的想法，即使你有不同意见，也要做一个有耐心的倾听者，不要随便打断对方、发表自己的看法，可以等对方讲完再发表自己的意见。

善于倾听，我们才能发现自己缺点，进而加以改正。大一统的汉武帝，在统治前期被人指出过于奢侈，然而他并没有追查下去，而是将自己挥霍的陋习加以改正，因而深受百姓的爱戴。在学校里，我们的同学也应该学会采纳老师的建议，虚心接受老师的批评，发现自身的问题并及时加以改正。

善于倾听，我们才不会走上弯路，最终走向成功。苹果公司的创始人乔布斯曾受到好友巴菲德的建议，将多屏操控技术与知名数码公司共享，而没有一意孤行，自己探索。这一举措使他少走弯路，成功地在数码市场夺得自己的一席之地。在学习上，我们的同学不能只知一味单干、蛮干，要学会倾听其他同学好的想法，借鉴其他同学好的做法，我们的学习才会少走弯路，学习成绩才会不断进步。

倾听就像春天里充满活力的一棵小草，给人带来新生力量；倾听犹如黑夜里划破夜空的一颗流星，给人带来希望之光。当你出门在外时，要倾听父母的叮嘱。那声声的嘱托里，饱含着无数的牵挂和期盼。当你人生失意时，要倾听长辈的忠告，那声声的教诲里，灌注着满腔的慈爱与希望。当你春风得意时，要倾听朋友的祝福。那声声的祝福里，蕴藏着无限的真诚与深切。
