写英语读后感篇1
little woman was written by american female writer alcott. after reading this novel, i have some opinions about these four women.
the novel described four sisters in the march family; they were kind to each other and love each other, hardworking, stayed with neighbor laurence friendly. different disposition girls had found their own happy through their own goodness and industrious. the novel has not a fluctuation plot and fascinating suspension in a play, but the author described the happiness in march family with the simple language. their good and kind, loyalty to love and family has left me a deep impression. the author only described very ordinary detail in the life, but reveals the love to the happy life expectation everywhere.
although these girls born in a poor family, but they all had the positive attitude to any matter, the novel had laid emphasis on their individuality and the dignity, but also has displayed their self-expression restraint. independently was these four girls’s common characteristic, they always keep discovering their own shortcoming and correct it as soon as possible which worth our learning. look we, some people always make mistakes, but they always think that it is a small mistake; they don’t need to notice it, let it go. if every one like them, the society will become very awful, no rule can limit people’s behaviors, they can do anything they like.
these four girls are very different, let me introduce them, meg, the eldest of the four, was sixteen, and very pretty, being plump and fair, with large eyes, plenty of soft, brown hair, a sweet mouth, and white hands, of which she was rather vain. fifteen-year-old jo was very tall, thin, and brown, and reminded one of a colt, for she never seemed to know what to do with her long limbs, which were very much in her way. she had a decided mouth, a comical nose, and sharp, gray eyes, which appeared to see everything, and was by turns fierce, funny, or thoughtful. her long, thick hair was her one beauty, but it was usually bundled into a net, to be out of her way. round shoulders had jo, big hands and feet, a flyaway look to her clothes, and the uncomfortable appearance of a girl who was rapidly shooting up into a woman and didnt like it. beth, as everyone called her was a rosy, smooth-haired, bright-eyed girl of thirteen, with a shy manner, a timid voice, and a peaceful expression which was seldom disturbed. her father called her "little tranquility," and the name suited her excellently, for she seemed to live in a happy world of her own, only venturing out to meet the few whom she trusted and loved. amy, though the youngest, was a most important person in her own opinion at least. a regular snow maiden, with blue eyes, and yellow hair curling on her shoulders, pale and slender, and always carrying herself like a young lady mindful of her manners. what the characters of the four sisters were we will leave to be found out.
i love meg for her being glad to impoverish for love, not enticed by the money. she did family teacher to help the family. i love jo for her free and easy, likes her for the steadfast determination which she struggles for dream. she earns living expenses with aunt march and writes articles for the newspaper to gain the payment to increase the daily necessities to the family. i love beth for her tranquil characteristic, doing anything without any complain. like her good personal character which always considers for others, she loves music and feels shy with strangers, so she always does some housework with her mother at home. i also love amy for her strong desire; she regard supporting the poor people as her own faith. she was interested in sketch. though their idea and the destiny are various, they had all found their own love.
in their eyes, the family was not only the place of growth but also the holy refuge. they liked to hear their mothers instruction carefully; they created games by their clever brain and hands which can beautify the mind. four sisters growth courses were as if an interest education poem. the author had shown us the humanitys great dear ones such as friendship and love with ordinary language. in my opinion, it will be the happiest matter if these four sisters can live with those who they love. they are all good person, if i can live with them, i think my left will become rich and colorful.
an old saying said that “three women can play a performance”, woman always have their own idea, if the idea has formed, and almost no one can change it. when women meet, if one talks her opinion about something, another one will give her opinion to the first one, then the argument will take place, let’s imagine, there were four women in one family, though they are sister, argument can’t avoid, it will be very interesting in the home.
from the novel, i have learned that we should keep hope for future and make great efforts to seek dream. i also have learned to cherish what you have had such as your parents, time and so on ,we should discover everyones merit but to take the colored eye to see others shortcoming.
remember, whatever your goal is, you will get it if you are willing to do!
写英语读后感篇2
this story’s name is “the little prince”。 as it known to all, we will encounter a lot of difficulties, even hardships. different people may have different ways to deal with them. after reading the little princess, i am deeply impressed by sara’s way to deal with difficulties. the little princess was written by frances hodgson burnett, a famous novelist and dramatist. sara, the heroine of the novel, was born in a rich family. in order to get a better education, her father took her from india to london so that she could go to the best school. because sara was kind-hearted, generous and most of all—rich, she was loved by everyone. all went well until her father died in an accident. everything changed pletely. she didn’t understand why the teachers and classmates treated her so badly. even the principal who used to be fond of her, made her work 16 hours a day. sara’s miserable life began.when i finished reading the book, i was shocked by what the unimaginable pain sara had suffered after her fa爱国名??
ther’s death. she used to be a happy, worriless, and rich princess, but now she was a lonely and poor servant. she had to work very hard without any rest but only had little food. besides she had to endure the unfriendly and even rude ways that her classmates treated her. all teachers and students in the school looked down upon her. the most important fact is that sara had lost the love and care of her parents.what a mighty pain! if you were sara, could you stand such pain? needless to say, an 11 years old girl, even if it were an adult, he might not put up with it. but to my surprise, sara faced it bravely.
despite of the torture of the principal and all those pressures above, she still was optimistic towards life. by reading this novel, i felt inspired and think much. when we meet such difficulties, what should we do? some people always plain that the fate is unfair to them. some people can’t sustain the hardships and choose to give up. few of them even try to mit suicide because they lack the courage to overe it. compared with sara—an eleven years old girl who can treat the pressure of life with optimistic spirit, these people’s performances are sounded so lamentable. why can’t they make it?however, what impress me most are her characteristics and the thought of her “being a real princess.” this “real princess” does not mean luxury palaces, beautiful clothes and the apple of the others’ eyes, but being kind, generous and having good manners. it is unnecessary for “a real princess” to be strong in body, but she must be strong in will. sara is a real princess in my heart all the time, whethe
r she was rich and wore beautiful clothes in the classroom or she was cold and hungry in the attic, just because she had the good characters and kind heart. the story went on. fortunately, a friend of sara’s father found her and told her that her father left a great sum of money to her. i pray and believe that every good person in the world deserve a good result, and of course, we are the same.

the story of the little prince, is sad, a pain of love. love was serious and sincere, cut bone pain and unbearable.
the little prince's love, pure and elegant, sincere seriously. if the dead could make him back to his own the stars, if death can let him meet with the person i love, he will choose to die, threw because he is deeply in love with her, because his heart was tamed by rose. he did the same, he gently down, and as he came to earth is unknown.

the ugly duckling.
one evening, the sun was just setting in with true splendor when a flock of beautiful large birds appeared out of the bushes. the duckling had never seen anything so beautiful. they were dazzlingly white with long waving necks. they were swans and uttering a peculiar cry. they spread out their magnificent broad wings and flew away from the cold regions toward warmer lands and open seas.
they mounted so high,so very high, and the ugly little duckling became strangely uneasy. he circled around and around in the water like a wheel, craning his neck out into the air after them. then he uttered the shriek so piercing and so strange that he was quite frightened by himself. oh,he could not forget those beautiful birds, those happy birds and as soon as they were out of sight. he ducked right down to the bottom and when he came up again,he was quite beside himself. he did not know what the birds were or where’d they flew. but all the same,he was more drawn towards them than he had ever been by any creatures before. he did not envy them in the least. how could it occur to him even to wish to be such a marvelous beauty? he wouldn’t be thankful if only the ducks would have tolerated him among them, the poor ugly creature.
early in the morning,a peasant came along and saw him,he went out onto the ice and hammered a hole in it with his heavy wooden shoe, and carried the duckling home to his wife. there,it soon revived. the children wanted to play with it. but the duckling thought they were going to ill use him and rushed in and he frightened to the milk-pan,and the milk spurted out all over the room. the woman shrieked and threw up her hands. then it flew to the butter-cask and down into the meal-tub and out again. oh,just imagine what it looked like by this time. the woman screamed and tried to hit it with the tongs, and the children tumbled over one another in trying to catch it,and they screamed with laughter.
by good luck, the door stood open and the duckling flew out among the bushes and the new fallen snow. and it lay there, thoroughly exhausted, but it would be too sad to mention all the privation and misery had to go through during that hard winter. when the sun began to shine warmly again, the duckling was in a marsh, lying among the rushes. the larks were singing, and the beautiful spring had come. then all at once,it raised its wings and they flapped with much greater strength than before and bore him off vigorously. before he knew where he was,he found himself in a large garden with the apple trees were in full blossom. and the air was scentedly with lilacs, the long branches of which overhung the indented shores of the lake. oh,the spring freshness was so delicious. just in front of him,he saw three beautiful white swans advancing towards him from a thicket. with rustling feathers, they swam lightly over the water. the duckling recognized the majestic birds, and he was overcome by a strange melancholy.
“i will fly to them, the royal birds, and they will hack me to pieces because i who am so ugly venture to approach them. but it won’t matter. better to be killed by them than be snacked up by the ducks, pecked by the hens,or spurned by the hen wife,or suffer so much misery in the winter.” so he flew into the water and swam towards the stately swans. they saw him and darted toward him with ruffled feathers. “kill me,oh,kill me.” said the poor creature. and bowing his head towards the water,he awaited his death. but what did he see? reflected in the transparent water,he saw below him his own image, but he was no longer a clumsy dark gray bird, ugly and ungainly. he was himself,a swan.
