体育可以让人们变得更加健康,让生活更有趣。在关键时刻,体育甚至还可以救人。这也让我想起了一件事,在一个炎热的夏天里,以前的我并不是像现在的这样,那时我的身体情况很弱。我的妈妈就让我去学游泳,三年级的我因为很怕水,一在水下呆久了,听不见声音,我就很害怕。在去上课的路上,我逐渐地说服着自己,最后克服了这个困难。

可是到了游泳馆,我还是有一点害怕,浑身发抖。这时,张教练对我说:“你好,以后我就是你的游泳老师了。游泳不是一件很难的事情,你只要对水不害怕,就没有问题。”在张教练的鼓励下,我下了水,慢慢地真的不害怕了,还开始喜欢上了游泳这个体育运动。老师教会了我如何在水下呼吸,如何在水中每游两下就抬头呼吸一次……

随着时间的流动,我在学游泳的第七节课学完了蛙泳。我的身体情况也在慢慢地变化,而且越来越好。

通过学游泳,让我重视起了体育,如果没有良好的身体情况,那么我们什么也做不了。记得有一次在家里看电视,讲述了发现一起溺水事故,这让我越来越重视游泳。也许,以后游泳会成为我最喜欢的体育项目之一。从这件事也看出了体育在生活中的重要性,体育无处不在。

体育可以让我们拥有一个强壮的体魄;体育可以让我们的生活发生变化。

第一天举行的是广播操比赛,随着熟悉而又轻快的音乐响起,三年2班的同学们精神抖擞,气宇轩昂,从预备节到整理运动,一伸手,一抬腿,每一式都刚劲有力,把广播操的简单规范、明快流畅、横平竖直的特点展露无遗。在整个比赛过程中,我们步伐整齐、口号洪亮、动作有力、精神饱满,充满了青春的活力和时代的气息,充分体现了朝气蓬勃、阳光快乐的精神风貌,展示了金尚学子拼搏进取、团结一致的向上精神,迸发出活力和激情!

“障碍接力跑”完美地体现了团队协作精神,我们学会了如何与他人合作,培养了良好的体育道德,在活动中用智慧和技巧与同伴协作,发扬不怕困难、顽强拼搏的精神,增强团队意识的同时也体会到了成功的乐趣。

运动会第二天进行的是跑步、跳绳、跳远、仰卧起坐等体育比赛,同学们把操场围得水泄不通,震耳欲聋的呐喊声一波高过一波。看!小运动员们一个个如矫兔般飞离起点,像利箭般冲向终点,无论选手是否获得第一名,他们都会得到观众的赞美和鼓励,因为他们发挥了不屈不挠,顽强拼搏的体育精神,他们是运动场上的英雄!

第三天进行的是游园活动和颁奖仪式。在游园活动中,我们三年2班独树一帜,精彩的板报吸引了很多小同学的兴趣,都跑到我们这里夹珠子,此起彼伏的欢笑声传得很远。
